It is the t5 10.00. It goes down to 76 cm I think it was. We have a new basking light socket now so hopefully all good.

The 76cm is max penetration (to be able to detect any UVB flux) …. this is not the effective distance. See this : viewtopic.php?f=34&t=234800 , many people come unstuck regarding this.

For a "naked" T5ho 10% UVB tub the optimal distance is that distance where a solarmeter will show about 200 microW UVB / sq.cm, about 6" (15cm) from the tube to the basking spot.
For a T5ho 10% UVB tube in reflector hood or with a slip on reflection (focusing the UV down and towards the basking spot) , the optimal distance becomes 10" (25cm).

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
