Flightless Fruitflies?

Bought a jar of them from petco. The jar has a colony of em that's supposed to last for a month. Was a good deal so I bought them. But, I've never fed them to my beardie and wasn't sure of they're a good feeder??

They are pretty worthless to a dragon, they are really small. Even if he ate the whole colony it wouldn't even add up to a whole bite. Fruit flies are for small critters like dart frogs and some newly hatched geckos.
