Keeps making noise

My beardie Sobek keeps running around his terrarium kicking up mulch and making alot of noise while i'm trying to relax. Any way I could calm him down?

You might want to post your setup so the folks here can identify whether your beardie's activity is because of some kind of environmental issue with the viv. Also, if you don't have a dangerous (to beardies) setup around the house, maybe let him run around a bit outside his setup to blow off steam. By dangerous, I mean cats, dogs, little kids (who might accidentally step on him), bits of stuff that's beardie food sized that he could eat, places he could crawl behind & get stuck, etc.

Better yet, relax with him! Some of my favorite time after work is chilling with my guys while watching TV, doing homework, working on the computer, etc. They may be hyper for the 1st 10 mins, but they always calm down & I usually end up with a sleepy beardie snuggling up against me at some point!
