You mean the little waxy plugs on the underside of his legs? He'll be fine - they'll fill back in. If the skin looks raw, you can use a little Polysporin on the area. And if he's on a particle substrate such as sand, you'll want to take him off it and replace it with paper towel so he doesn't get particles in there.
