She ate a bite of avocado. I did not know it was toxic. She has also eaten green onions with no bad results and often eats asparagus cooked in butter! Is she going to die?

How is she doing this morning? A little bit may not be harmful. It's good to have some activated charcoal on hand in case they ingest something that could be toxic. The activated charcoal helps absorb the toxins before they can be absorbed by your dragon's digestive system. It usually needs to be administered quickly, so wouldn't likely be much help at this point. Toxins tend to take hold rather quickly as well, so if she seems OK today, then she is probably not harmed by it.
