Diet of a 1 year old?

Yeah it's about time to start changing the diet over the course of the next few months. This varies depending on their growth and willingness to eat vs losing weight etc. Right now the diet should be about 1 bug meal per day with a salad offered every day. Start moving to a bug meal every other day for a month or two and then to every third day and down to once or twice per week if the salad is getting eaten. At about 18 months going forward the primary diet should be a nice varied salad eaten every day with only about 20% overall diet being bugs.
