How much should a bearded dragon grow within a month ?

Depends on the beardie and care. I've had beardies grow 3 inches in a month while some only grew 2 inches. Or they just didn't grow at all the next month in length.
Heres three of my beardies monthly weights and growth. It varies quite a bit.

I got my bearded dragon May 5th and he was 5 in
I measured him 2 days ago and he was about 6 1/2 in
Does that seem unusual or fine?
