My beardie has been puffing up his beard with air and it looks like he is trying to swallow air? He kind of tilts his head back. I've noticed him do this a few times in the last couple of days.

This article is a good one on RI's.
It is tough to figure out from a still pictue what is going on. There could be food lodged in the throat, could be the beginning signs of a RI or it could be vigorous beard stretching with a little open mouth kickback.
If you feel this is out of the ordinary you may want to consult a vet. Please read the link to see if your dragon is displaying any other signs that may indicate a trip to the vet is needed.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
