White bumps

Need help! I just noticed this "White bumps " on my bearded dragon. Can anyone tell me what it is? What may have caused it? And how to treat it?

Those are femoral pores. They are naturally occurring and not a problem.

Thanks CooperDragon- will they naturally go away? They appear every so often? Are they there for good? Can they get infected? Anything else I should know about femoral pores you'd like to share?

They are permanent glands. They can secrete a waxy substance that is used to attract mates I believe. They don't usually require any maintenance or attention unless they become very large or swollen in which case they may be clogged and some warm baths can help with it.

Those are perfectly normal & harmless.
As Cooper said, they are always going to be there & unless they become infected, there isn't
any need to do anything with them.
