The calcium problem arises with improper uvb and not enough calcium given to the beardie. You need at least a reptisun 10 tube, within 6 to 8 inches of the basking spot. If you have all those correct and a female that lays eggs (they usually don't start laying eggs until they are adults from what I've read) you need to give them calcium as if they were babies still, which is 5 times a week. Just to let you know, we've had a total of 6 females and none of them have layd eggs. Not all beardies will lay infertile eggs. It's not easy to not worry about our babies. Some will if their is a male housed in his own viv in the same house, though not all will.
