Where to buy a CHE?

Looking to buy a CHE, where can I find one besides the overpriced petshops at around 34$?

Petmountain unfortunately doesnt ship to where im located, Im up North in Canada eh. My viv measures 45"x 22"x22", The temp in the room got to about 64* last night but i have this Exo terra night glo 40w that brings it up a few degrees. What wattage should i go with 100 or higher? I want him to be nice and warm, he has bad digestion.
What retail stores carry CHE's beside pet shops? They have to be used for other things rather than heating reptile enclosures..

Try bigappleherp, I think theirs were under $20. They can probably ship to Canada too.
