Where is the strangest place you've ever taken your beardie?

Well my gf is going to be out of town all weekend, so it's a perfect time for me to take my beardies out into the world. And before I get any weird responses about that, it's not that she doesn't want me taking them outside, it's more just that i'm going to be bored out of my mind entertaining myself for 3 days. She might very well come home to all of our beardies wearing matching outfits............hopefully it won't come to that..........

lol hahahaha my gf went out of town for work.. she left last night wont be back till possibly this weekend. So i took MJ to sleep in the bed with me ! She slept on my gf's side and if my gf would find out... she'd pretty much freak !!!!

beardie slumber party !! woo hoo ! Lol last night i was staring at her nails and I was like I need to trim them.. then I thought hmmm.. I can paint her long pretty nails in pink !! Lol but im not that crazy !! not yet at least...

Lucky travelin' beardies! Twitch has only been around our condo complex and to (but not in) the pool. I can't wait to take her for her first drive! Soon....

Nero is the only one that has ever gone places with us... Walmart (undercover of course), the little mexcan restaurant, Home Depot, and of course he always goes to LLL Reptile with us. They love him. Happy colors for all

Dude hates to be outside and we may start taking Sweetie-Boo out now that she isn't as skittish.

well, I guess the places we go aren't strange because most of the time the dragons stay in the care with my son. We do take them on road trips and I take them camping with me. They like riding in the care and they love it in the mountains...

Wow, you guys take your beardies everywhere! Pretty much the only place I've taken Duke (outside my backyard) is the vet's office! I've got to get going on these trips...

And I've seen people who paint their dog's nails, so why can't you paint a beardie's nails? I'm not sure Duke would like it but others might!

I tried to take Lucius to Sears last night, BUT hubby made me stay outside. He is too worried about being kicked out. :roll:

He says the only place we need to take any of our pets is the pet stores where they are allowed to go. :roll:

He is such a party pooper.

That's another place we took Redrock, more than once. They (our local store anyway) never complained.

Well, I am not sure if it is just the area I live in that this has happened, but I figure that most stores lost that fight when they started allowing people in with their toy sized dogs in those stupid purses. (I apologize to anyone on here that carries their dog in a stupid purse lol) Animals are not a fashion accessory :roll: With the exception of eating establishments who will complain that it is against health code what are they gonna say. If they do say something you can tell them that they are discriminating against you since you see people with their fashion accessory dog in there all the time and you see no need in patronizing a business that discriminates against you just because you have a different species of pet. Also your pet doesn't make loud noises or lift its leg on the displays! Or if you don't like being confrontational you can do what I did and respond with humor.
The one time I was told I could not bring my lizard in somewhere, the indoor swap meet, where my son buys frozen mice at a pet store there for his snake. the woman said, "You can't bring that in here because people are afraid of reptiles and they will complain." ( give me a break that place is freak central) I commented " Hey there are allot of weird people in there that scare me, but you don't see me complaining." She laughed and let me in.

You've inspired me...i took Malys to the Dept. of Motor Vehicle tonight to get my licence renewed...heh heh! I sat at the back though to be inconspicuous. I freaked out both ladies behind the counter that i had to talk to. They were good about it though, the initial shock wore off quick and they both laughed at themselves and started asking questions.

I did get the igauna question too :lol:
