Where can I buy Dubias in Canada?

List of Approved facilities for display of live exotic insects in Canada: Notice how that the entire province of Manitoba is non-existent on that list.

I find this part interesting,

"anyone who is in possession of exotic arthropods without a permit or an approved facility is doing so against our regulations. Colonies of exotic sticks and mantids, cockroaches and millipedes that are held outside of approved facilities are illegal. And we will continue to seize these organisms..."

Going through the rest of the thread and the links, I will not say they are legal or illegal to own. Contact your local authorities!

It's one thing for the Head of Entomology to say that (it was in an email response), but to not be able back that up with any documentation on their [CFIA] website (or any other gov sites) Is where this 'grey' area comes in.

That'd probably be the best of course of action. But as someone mentioned in the thread, the different levels of gov't contradict each other, so who's right?
