When to switched to less insect feeders?

Hello,
I was wondering when you are supposed to lower the 3 insect feeds a day to one insect feed and more veggies?

It all depends on their growth rate which corresponds to their metabolism. Generally you can slow the feedings down to once per day as they approach a year old. They transition to primarily vegetarian diet at around 12-18 months and you slowly reduce from daily bugs to every other day or every few days with the bugs along with daily salads at that point. It's a very gradual transition and varies from dragon to dragon.
