just wondering when do they start growng really really fast

It usually starts after the 6th week but it really varies through their lifetime. Some take off really quickly and some don't really charge until late in their first year. Males seem to really fill out and add an inch or 2 after 9 months of age. All that being said I really like the growth spurt from 2 to 4 months.
