Phoenix worms--I can only find online. Silkworms or hornworms. With silk and hornworms, the no bigger than the space between the eyes rule applies.
The pet store will tell you mealworms-but don't bother with them as they aren't that good for them and as babies their exoskeleton/skin can be an impaction risk (tracie and diamc correct me if I am wrong). Definitely not superworms yet.
