Phoenix worms--I can only find online. Silkworms or hornworms. With silk and hornworms, the no bigger than the space between the eyes rule applies.

The pet store will tell you mealworms-but don't bother with them as they aren't that good for them and as babies their exoskeleton/skin can be an impaction risk (tracie and diamc correct me if I am wrong). Definitely not superworms yet.

Hope this helps. Go to beautifuldragons.org(or is it .com) anyway, the link is on the site here somewhere. It has a list of foods that are good every day , occasionally, rarely and never

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
