what soap can i use for my baby inka

I have a sub adult girl inka and sometimes she seems to make a mess with her poop.and I was wondering can I use soap to clean her right I was thinking on using johnsons baby shampo?

Thanks for the link!!!! I have soap on order In the mean time if you just want her to be clean, I use a soft toothbrush, and lots of water to rince.
