What do you use for your Roach Chow Recipes?

Just wondering what everyone uses for their roach chow recipes?
My current recipe is:
- dry cat food
- fish flakes
- calcium powder
- cheerios
- whole oats

Chicken mash works well, too. Oats, and baby cereals are great to include as part of the diet.

I use a high protien dry cat food (30%) with low fat dry milk and corn meal put through my coffee mill.

I use the dry bearded dragon food b/c my dragons dont like it but it has vitamins they need and cat food ground up. They also love carrots and oranges.
