how often should you sprinkle food with calcium and multivitamins for adults? is it once a week multi and twice a week calcium? and at what age are they considered adult?

Adults I would say are around one year to 18 months old. And I would say multi vitamins once or twice a week and calcium around 2 to 3 times a week. Some sites say for an adult feed both twice a week, so around this figure. Ensure you have the correct amount of each. Hope this helped!

They approach full growth between about 18-24 months. Some grow more quickly than others. Between about 12-18 months their growth slows and I usually suggest cutting back (slowly) on bugs and increasing veges. After about 18 months (maybe sooner or later depending on size and growth rate) they get bugs every few days and salads daily. I dust bugs at every feeding with calcium except maybe once every 4th or 5th feeding I'll swap in multivitamin. I don't dust salads. I just provide a variety and keep rotating what's offered so they get a good healthy balance.
