Vash the dragon

Hello all,

I finally (well I wanted to for a while) started sort of a blog if you want to use that
word.
But with the less picture stuff since my camera has been playing dead with the batteries
I keep not buying I'm sorry.
But I will be updating this often til there is no more to say, or you can post some things to
if you want. Whatever floats your sailboat :lol: besides the sail itself of course xD
Okay bad joke sorry, just feeling kinda out of it today, stupid Sunday, whyyy so boring
nevermind the sillyness or if you think I'm not funny that's cool too >.>

Thank you, Deb and Julie (sorry if Im wrong
Blue).

Vash has been eating soft food lately,
hard food hurts his teeth. So no more
pellets or apples. He can have canned
pumpkin. He's starting to shed sone of
his back, tail and back legs, he's a real
grump as of now.

So saw the SS doctor she said the same
thing to guy said Aspergers Syndrome.
So two doctor's have confirmed it. This
time they deny we are appealing. All goes
well, we will win, if not oh well gonna find
another job. I'm not working at the pet store
anymore, I put myself on leave because I felt
psycho. I did see more therapy, I'm on therapy
for 12 weeks for now to see if I'm not psycho
after this, he will put more weeks down if need
too. Also in a class to help with my Aspergers
symptoms to get better with social interactions.
Most jobs deal with people so I need help with
interactions.

Thor is ok so is the betta fish.

Posted a pic of Vash.

So recently we fell into money, settled
by the government for our Grandpa's
death which happened in 2011. The reason
we did not get it sooner was because we
had to settle bankruptcy or they would
take the money. We put it in the bank
for future use like if we're ever behind
on bills stuff like that.

Vash is fine just sleeping on my bed while
I watch the movie Candyman.

Thor is doing ok just being a gerbil.

Lightning is great, being flashy as always.

I have allergies the nasal kind, so I feel
like crap..my head hurts, my body aches
so much itching with ears and throat, nose
runs and itches also the sneezing annoys me
to all hell. Oh well I'll be ok, I'll feel better
someday, if the wind ever dies down, been
blowing for the passed week making my
allergies worse.

Still allergies... but taking meds for it.
Vash is fine, we were gonna do a Snake
Awareness Day, but the event was
cancelled, we'll go next year.

Made friends on the Nintendo 3ds since
I got it hooked on the internet to battle
around the world so thats cool. We do
game chat.

Thor is fine...just being a gerbil.

Lightning Storm still a healthy betta.

I guess thats it, no word on SS yet.

Still doing therapy.

Social security still slow but at least
they want more answers so far they've
been calling for answers to their questions
which is very annoying but fingers crossed
I'm very kind to them even though I've
been annoyed with them phoning almost
every day.

So they sent some more papers even after
the Dr on May 28th, they didn't send nothing
after a Dr visit last year so we're on a roll so
far.

Vash just had dinner of nectarines, so he's full
and sleepy. Bed time is 11:30PM he wakes up
at 9:30AM so it works.

Thor had his first anniversary with me, not sure
on his age, but his first year of living with me.
I got him some more chew sticks and a hide away
since Loki passed away which is about 6 months ago.
So not much has happened.

Lightning is okay, still just swimming happy in July
he's getting a 10 gallon because I would like more
fish.

I will be leaving for a week in California so I won't
be on til I get home. The animals are in the care of
my mother until then. Everyone will get cleaned up
before I go. Also a bath for old man lizard because
I want him to poop, but can't take care of it for next
time he goes, my mother will do it.

So I saw on my thread that you got approved for SS!!!! Congratulations, well done, glad they finally got the hint. So when do the payments start & do they backdate the claim?

The payments should be starting
on the first of every month.

Vash is doing great I should feed him
soon, he's eyeballing me.

Thor he 's normal except for the
yellowing of the fur on his scent
gland. I have been looking up and
found nothing serious do when he
wakes up I will clean him with a damp
cloth.

Our betta Ligtning Storm is great he
loves to watch the gerbil next door to
him.

My aunt is giving me her 10 gallon with
a tire track eel , he's four years old and
I read they need huge tanks so when the
money comes I hope none of you thinks
it's selfish but I'll buy him a 50 gallon. Poor
guy is seriously stunted by being in a small
tank for four years. But it is one of the reasons
she's giving him up doesnt have money for a
big tank. There's a few glowfish with him 2 reds,
one green and 3 yellow, he never tries to attack
them. Another thing, he's had a few water changes
but he totally flips out and pretends to be dead
so she kinda stopped with water changes cuz he
scares her into thinking he died. I have no clue
how he will get his water changed but he needs it
or those fish and him will die. He'll have to deal
with it, he's getting a water change.

Hey guys, I'm in California right now.

Vash is good, my mom has told me he's
been annoyed since I was gone.
Today, he's getting a bath by mom so..
yeah..hope he's ok with that.

Thor is good as always, I heard of a
funny vid of him in the sand bath.

I assume the betta fish is ok. We don't
talk much about Lightning.

I havr to go get ready for the anime
convention, have a good weekend.

I had a good time ..
I flew into Eugene Oregon
because my LA plane was
late taking off and still
waited for the walkway to
terminals to be ready so 15 min in San Fran
on the plane for everyone
to move, I was SO pissed off that
the plane to home left me behind!
Mom came to get me with my sister
I had a nice lecture on the way home
while my sister was on her iphone being
quiet. Yeah, I purposely missed my plane
flew to Oregon for inconveince, no I didn't
miss it on purpose the plane did.

Ok, enough about that, got a new gerbil cage
poor Thor had a sand bath and now his eye is red
I had a hamster when I was five who kept getting
irritated eyes. So I wiped Thor's eye with warm water
and saline (left over from my eye infection it's not expired)
to help keep it so no infection. So he'll be fine.

Vash didn't poop while I was gone so I gave him
pumpkin and he pooped on the 9th of July.
He hasn't eaten much but I take him out so he
either continues to sleep or hungry, I let him decide.

My fish is great, no eel yet but rearranging my room
Tuesday my old dresser fell apart and getting a new
one Wednesday. Thursday, I will be going to Eugene
mall, won't update that day.

Forgot to mention I bought a kindle fire hd
can't read on the phone it's small.

I got a lot of new stuff in Eugene.
New travel bag to California, new
clothes. Brand new laptop a Windows 8
so iTunes isnt downloaded yet but for
now loading Firefox and Malware Bytes
need a new anti virus so Malware is better.


Vash is doing good, sleeping as always.
He gets up and eats if he likes what he
sees for food, if not I change it.

Thor is good, eye is better and back to
running around. So will be watching when
he takes a sandbath.

Betta is fine, a bit sluggish but other than
that, he's normal. I see nothing wrong with
him. No white or gold colored spots so not
parasites. No bloated stomach, guess he's
just sluggish...or water is cool, gonna need
a new heater soon. I suppose its not working
right.

Hey all!

Sadly, the four year old eel didn't make
it, too old to recover from stress.

I have a young 2 month old (so the lady
said) but he's 4 inches and he hides
(which is normal) during the day, he
is also a black spotted eel. The lady said
he is a young male (we'll see if he starts
lying eggs then we know for sure).

Vash is good, been eating more and he
also been going potty. He loves to walk
around the room any chance he gets. I'm
sure I let him out.

Lightning Storm, our betta fish, the most
healthiest betta from the fish store ( he
was in a cup full of crap) most fish there
are not in the best condition.

Thor is doing well, he's been more lovey
dovey (most gerbils aren't like that).
Other than that, he's ok.

PS I named the eel Diablo after the
game.

Anyway, I'm freaking ill, my stomach is
uncomfortable. It doesn't hurt but like
stiff almost, I'm not sure how to explain.
Also a bad headache like it makes you cry.
I have been resting but my head wakes
me up at times just because its so nasty
bad. I am taking care of the kids (I don't
call them pets) through this hell so no one
is being neglected. Hurts so bad and yet my
kids are #1, I can care less about me, I want
them to be taken care of.

I have a pic of the eel, not a good one but
you can see his nose at least...it's not night
yet so he barely shows up and hates lights
so I can 't get him another way.

Dragon and friends pic thread is the name
just in case anyone forgot...I know I don't
use it much.

Vash just had a bath, he pooped too, so
He's done with that. He's eating right now.
He has a check up this month on the 7th,
so hoping for yet again a clean bill of health.
He's normal and all parts of the body work
including insides.

Lightning is doing fine, zipping around like
a healthy betta should. I don't mean darting
that is not good.

Diablo is another story, I never know, I never
see him til all lights including TV is off I catch
a sneak peek to turn on my room light for a
minute. I may catch him one night out and grab
a pic. He eats since I see him every day sticking
his nose out. So very much alive.

Thor is a perfect angel at the vet. He let the
vet handle him and didn't nip or bite.
He's clean, no cancer, nothing wrong with
him.

Vash's check up went well! Still a clean bill
of health. The vet thinks even though he's
healthy as a horse, he looks really run down
she says to keep an eye on him as he is
negative for everything. Yep, nothing shows
up on tests right now. We both think old age
is really getting to him, but to be sure, Im
keeping an eye out.

New 29 gallon tank for an eel, it's pretty
big! So, Im doing a fishless cycle for it so
Diablo has to stay in the 10 a bit longer. I
will be getting tests on nitrite, nitrate and
ammonia, just hoping my mom doesn't forget
the tests tonight. As I have none so I don't know
if levels are safe as it's been 3 days now, I know
it's not yet as only it's been 3 days.

Thor is doing great, so I suppose there isn't
anything to say.

My betta is doing just as fine as the gerbil.

My room has rearranged a bit for this big
tank. Vash is on the floor by the bed
because I cant get rid of the 5 gallon
because Lightning is in there so I cant stop
the filter and shut off the 5. He will be
upgraded to the 10 when Diablo moves to
the bigger tank. Then get rid of the 5 and
put him where the 5 sits.
