Trying to get the temps just right!

So I have a 7 month old beardie what is the perfect temp for a 7 month I know for a baby its 100-110 and an adult is 90-95 is there a gray area or should I keep my temps at 100-110 til she's a year?

You're fine to keep the temps on the higher end while your dragon is still growing. If you notice that she's showing a preference for slightly cooler temperatures and is still doing okay (digesting her food properly etc) then you can begin to drop the temp of her basking spot down a bit.
