"Throwing Up"

my bd is looking like its throwing up in its mouth...idk if that's bad but its hasn't been growing either and it looks tired all the time..i have another bd in the cage with it and am about to transfer him cause he growing rapidly

How old is the beardie that looks like it is throwing up?
Is it possible he is just puffing out and stretching his beard? That has kind of a weird look to it sometimes.

yea it does but she lifts her body up then does that

Is she shedding?
It could be that she is trying to stretch her skin to make shedding easier?
