Odd how we make mental images of people based on their personalities and then see a picture and mess that right up! Holly you look awsome! I had no idea you were so young. Over here law school takes awhile, so I had you placed around 30ish. I bet you will still get carded at 30 too. :lol:
So happy Billy is doing well. You might want to fix him a spot in the yard where he can practice digging, if he really misses it. He looks super, especially when you consider what he has been through.
Tell Mark he can put Billy's salad on the SSNom. It won't be the same as worms, but it may work.

Thanks for your kind words.
(Dawn I think I need to cut you off from foot-shots. Cold turkey)

We've estimated that Billy is around 5-7 months old. Im thinking closer to 5 months myself.
He is a lovely 16 inches tip to tail. Believe me it took long enough to stop him from trying to eat the shiney tape measure before I could get the measurements!

He's still eating like he's never been fed but as you can see below, he's hardly skinny!
We're back down to 5 worms a day to see how his digestive tract copes.

Ruben is a nightmare at the moment. He goes bazerk if he sees Miso or Billy, so we cover his viv when we get either out.
Thinking that was fine I let Billy have a run around. I blink for one minute and Billy has sprinted full force into Miso's glass trying to get to her. No black beard or bobbing, just I WANA PLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY.
Aparently we are not quite yet a happy lizard family!

His shed is still not off. We're down to one really tough patch on his beard. Vitamin E bath tonight I think.

Unfortunatly the MegaRay we recieved was a dud, but luckily the owner was a dear and has shipped us another out no questions asked.
Billy is therefore still under our older spare MVB at the moment.

Ive also finally done a move around with Rube, Miso and Billy which you can see on Miso & Rubens thread in the rescue forums if you so please ^_^

I think he's older than 5-7 months. He could give Jilly a run for his money and Jilly is probably 7-8 months or so. He is 18 inches now but still Billy looks like a good size.

Billy looks so bright and happy! I do commend you and Mark for taking him in. We all know he could not have found better parents!

I have to say....that fin looks very regal on Billy. I was thinking more along the lines of mohawk though! I say you color it with a purple marker and enter him in the July photo contest! :lol:

He looks so close in size to Lilly, who is 7 months old. She's 16.5" and 260 or so grams. You all are awesome for taking him in!

Scorch says thanks for the new pics of the cute boy! That chubby belly is adorable and he has got to be one happy camper eating nummy suppers all the time. I slept in this morning and woke up to the hubby's announcement that he had tried the worm in tub gig for the first time and had to cut Scorch off after 8 worms. He does cut the head and legs off though. It makes me laugh when he says, "I don't like her eating the legs, they are gross." :roll: Boys are so silly...
