Hi there...if you Google " bearded dragon femoral pores" you'll see pictures. They secrete a waxy substance, that's what you're seeing , almost looks like a pimple on a human that we'd call a " whitehead". I see some black around it, probably poo like on his feet, so it would be good to give him a nice warm bath and use a soft toothbrush to GENTLY rub those areas clean.

You're welcome. It might take a few soaks to get the black off, so if you can post a pic again in a few days or week to show if it comes off [ to make sure there's nothing else going on there] that would be good.

Hello,

Those are femoral pores but appear to be clogged up & have built up wax in them.
You can try bathing him & see if they will soften up some. If they seem to be bothering him, you can use some tweezers to try & work them out gently. It will temporarily leave a hole but will quickly fill in again with wax which is normal.
