What is too cold for a BD? It's going to be 70-74 today and was thinking about taking my Mocha outside but didn't want to have adverse effects.

that is totally fine, i've heard people taking them out in 60 F weather, he'll let you know if he doesnt like it. If there is nice strong sunlight he probably wont care as the air temperature may be 70s but the energy he'll be grabbing can be much more intense. give it a go and have some fun with him!

I agree. 70+ is totally fine, especially with some bright sunshine. I had Darwin out yesterday in mid 60s and he turned dark and absorbed the sun. His skin temp stayed around 90.

She only darken on head and tail. Air temp was 79 today but ground was still very cool. Her body temp went to 82 but she seemed to enjoy being outside. Seeing as when I went to pick her up she tried to run away from me but couldn't go through the fence that she was near.

haha! nooooooo let me staaaaaaaaaaay!!!! yeah gotta watch out they are spry little guys. one thing you can do to keep him off the ground is just bring out an old shirt or something, preferrably worn and "stinky" so he can sit atop that and still get some of your scent! additional bonding time!!!!!
