She was so not happy about me giving her her supplements today!!!! Gave her a worm and instead she got my finger!!!! Owwwwwww

yeah she's forgiven me I suppose I have resorted to dropping her worms in for her though!!!! lol She did take her supplements like a champ today and then proceeded to tear up her worms! That is a good thing! She is definitely a stinker! Now my big guy wouldn't dare bite down if I am hand feeding him he is just gentle like that! She on the other hand just gets it in her mind that she will be hateful and does! All day yesterday on top of the stink eye she would turn her back to me when I went over to her viv! Just get up and turn around!

I'd been on the receiving end of "the back" too, for nearly a week. It broke my heart that Pookie was so upset with me, but drove me crazy at the same time.

My dragon Thor accidentally bit me while I fed him a bit of apple when he was around 14" long. It didn't really hurt.

Later on, when he was a good 20" long and probably around 450 grams, I was feeding him a cricket and he got the cricket and my finger. Tasting cricket, he kept biting to defeat the resistance he was feeling (i.e., my finger :shock: ), which opened up my fingertip and felt like slamming/pinching my finger between my bi-fold closet doors. It also left a bruise underneath my fingernail for a while which was a good reminder of how much damage he can do now.

i usally cup stuff in my hand so a finger isn't an option to grab. Usually he just tongues it up off my hand. Sorta like feeding a horse!

LOL! Same with Fiz! He just licks it right off my hand... Heck I don't even think Fiz even chews his worms so how could be bite me? hahahahah He just swallows 'em whole! LOL
