T5 Arcadia 12% desert UVB question/help

Hey guys I got a new pair of T5's Arcadia desert 12% bulbs last week and I was wondering about when I should change them? I was also wondering if it's a maximum of 1 year or is it based on hours used also?

Change them out every 10 - 11 months - unless you have a good solar meter to read the UVI

That's what I thought Tuesday will be 11 months so I'll change them then
