Switchover from Juvenile feeding to Adult.

I tried searching on the forum, and I can't find any information.

What do you all consider an adult? And also switch their vitamin schedules over to adult?

Also feeding once a day or every other day?

i consider beardies to be adults once they hit 1 year old. For an adult beardies suplements use calcium with D3 2-3 times a week and use a multivitamin supplement 1-2 times a week. For feeding you dont want to feed them insects every day because at the adult stage in life their bodies cant take that much protien, if fed too much it could lead to kindey problems. Its best to feed them insects three times a week to two times a week but make sure you give them their veggies everyday! Hope this helps!

Actually, an adult can have 35 large feeders (like superworms) or 50 small feeders (like crickets) a week. You can feed them a few daily or spread them out over the week. I prefer to give my adults a few daily rather than a large amount a couple of times a wk, works better for me and gives them some feeders to look forward to daily.
