They can be a staple for adults. They should ONLY be fed to beardies over 16". No idea on how much.

Id be curious to hear of an amount to feed your beardies. One of ours is over a year and the other is just under a year, but both love supers. We give them a few with their salad and another 6 or so for dinner....I hope this is okay. They always seem to want more afterwards....

I allow mine to eat as many as they want every day...Thre is no need to limit them until they are 18 months and older...
