Strange patch of scales on belly

Anyone know what this could be? And the cause?

my thoughts

--- he/she's crawled ontop his/her veg mix ....food stains
--- bit of shed left

will either ware off , or wash off next time she gets a bath , or will fall / rub off.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
