Strange bump on Jaw

a small bump appeared on my beardie's jaw yesterday. I want to know how concerned I should be about it.

Small lumps are common on both humans + animals and usually not harmful. Does it bother him at all ? Is there any red tip that would seem like an insect bite ? At any rate , just keep an eye on it and if it gets worse at all have a vet look at it [ an experienced reptile vet ]
