size of crickets

is it ok if i feed 1-3 adult crickets along with small crickets, b/c the adult crickets are very active and let my beardie get some exercise when hunting

It depends on how big your beardie is. The cricket shouldn't be bigger then the space between their eyes. If the large aren't bigger then the space, then I'd say feed as many of the large and small as he wants.
