How do you guys make these super cool signature banners with the pics of your pets?

I typed 'signature banner' into the search and it came up with a few other threads with complete instructions.

i just used paint for mine(although photoshop will work) and resized the pictures to the size they need to be (it's listed in the user control panel under signature). takes a bit to figure it out but then you've got one.
