Should i start a Dubia colony?(PICTURE UPDATE 4/12)

Lance is saying they will eat down TO the peel, like mine do. Has anyone actually seen them eat the peel or not?

I was agreeing that mine eat the skin on the apple too, i said nothing about oranges.

If you leave it in there long enough, I've seen my dubias eat holes clean through orange peels.

Well the dragons love dubia roaches so much that we decided to order 300 mixed size to start feeding them right away while the colony takes off.

the box did arrive with a dent in the side! those UPS drivers are rough! :lol:

Very cool! I've been thinking of ordering some more nymphs myself for Dewey. I REALLY want to get rid of these stinky old crickets. I broke down and gave Dewey some more out of my little colony this week and he just gobbled them up! Can't wait until dubias are the staple.

What do you think about the freshly molted dubias? I think they look so awesome when they're all white. I'll be uploading a couple pics on my dubia thread in a little bit.

Yeah whenever i feed them dubias they keep lickin their lipss beecause they love them so much!
the white ones are super cool lookin. I've never fed them a frushly molted one though.
