Shedding?

So my new beardie is starting to get a somewhat "Gray" film over his entire body, just like his skin is turning a little lighter, im guessing he is just going to be going threw his first shed soon?

Yup, sounds like it! Just keep him hydrated (bathing/misting) and he'll have a beautiful new "outfit" soon.

Looks like it's going to be a fairly large shed. Don't take it personally if he is a bit grumpy towards you. And resist the temptation to pull off the skin- it will hurt him. It may hang off and look funny for a few days but it will shed naturally. Show us pics of his new colors!

Heheh yea she has been grumpy! Ill def get pics up when she has gone threw her shed. Right now she is still in the gray area.. I hope she starts to peel in the next couple days.
