shedding question

My dragons tail has been like this for a couple of weeks. He is eating and acting normal. Should i be concerned about it?

It takes some time for shed to be ready to come off. Just keep an eye one him and maybe give an occasional soak. But dont over do the soaks, that can cause its ownproblems.
