while playing with my beardie i noticed that his nose on both sides is clogged up with something. it looks like his bedding. i just switched to newspaper today how can i get it out of his nose.

can you load a picture? That would help a lot, especially as it sounds like you can't manage to brush it off with your fingers.

Are you bathing him?
If you bath him it will help break it loose if it is substrate.
If it is that his nostrils might be getting ready to shed this will help too.
What substrate were you using if you don't mind my asking?

im using newspaper. i was just recently using "desert snow" this bedding i bought from petco. its like this shredded paper type stuff. but i switched to newspaper.

If it's a substrate from Petco, it's usually not good for your beardie That's what it is most likely. Just bath him in warm water and it should come out.

I am betting its shed but a pic would be helpful.Desert snow is dusty yes but I am not sure that it could clog up your beardie in that way as the particals are not as heavy as sand.Either way its good that you changed substrate and bath with a gentle scrub using a very soft toothbrush will help.
