Safe glass cleaners?

I just cleaned my tank with 1/7 vinegar solution, then washed it with water, but there's water stains on the tank. I'd there anything safe I could use to get it less gross?

I use vinegar and water on my tank too. I wipe the vinegar solution after letting it sit for a bit and apply F10SC to disinfect if needed after all the solid bits are cleaned up. If I give it time to do it's thing (10 min or so) but not let it dry completely I'm able to buff out the water stains with a cloth pretty easily.
