Roses?

Does anyone know if it is safe to feed your beardie Rose petals? I've checked the food list we pass around in this forum and Roses are not listed at all. I know the petals are edible for humans but obviously that means nothing.

As far as I know they're safe to eat. Is http://www.beautifuldragons.com what you're looking at? You have to get to the bottom of the food chart where the plants are listed and rose petals are safe, so give them to your dragon, it's fine!

I got roses for my anniversary and well - I usually dry a few but I wondered whether I could share them..i love them, why not my little buddy too! LOL

I agree, that's good of you, your dragon will enjoy the treat. I found that list ages ago, 2 of my dragons love impatients, so they get their own plants every summer and munch away when they're on the balcony. It's fun to watch!
