Jack,the poems are kinda bitter-sweet aren't they? Sad but comforting at the same time.

yes. it helps to grieve. if reincarnation exists I would want to come back as your pet. your loving spirit was the same from the beginning to the end. Jojo had a remarkable life as your pet. if you were to be graded on the experience it would be a definite A++++. My hat is off to you Michele. A class act. well done. very well done.

I totally agree, Michele did everything perfectly and was the best "beardie slave" ever. I remember when she first joined the forum, we spent days trying to get the temps perfect for Jojo with a basking bulb and the Repti-Sun in use. Then when she went to a MVB, Michele was back to square one again but she stuck with it and got it all straightened out. Now she's a perfectionist with temps and has helped LOADS of other owners with theirs. Am I right Michele? :wink:

Wow Sara, no AC at all? We have window AC's with one downstairs and 2 upstairs, can't imagine what this house would be like without them because we get the afternoon sun in the livingroom and our bedroom. Of course, our beardies would prefer NO AC at all. But, it's better than having 2 ft of snow on the ground for us, don't you agree?

No, we have AC, but it is too expensive to cool it to a "normal" temp, like 72 lol. And no, I would much prefer 2 feet of snow. I do NOT get out when there is snow (still haven't repaired the damage to my car from our half inch of snow lol), period. Two feet would mean not having to do anything but take care of my babies and quilt for a month!

PS- Michele, I sincerely apologize. I honestly did not mean to hijack this time, swear!

Yes you are right Diane :wink: When I first joined this forum YOU were the first one to help me.The temps were soooo frustrating.I had NO idea what I was doing,the petstore gave me all the wrong supplies and advice. I have Jojo to thank for bringing me here,to you,and all of these other wonderful people.
Now I am only 124 posts away from being a "sicko".

Gee, you even learned about interior decorating by setting up her viv so nicely. Just think what you went through finding the perfect tiles and all the different shaped and sized rocks. Of course, you could have set up a few more places for her to lay though, don't you think? :mrgreen: Just kidding.

Yeah I never thought I would become an interior decorater when I got Jojo. I should have given her more "options"in her cage though :wink: To anyone that is wondering what we are joking about...a couple years ago a trouble making poster,one that preached and pushed extremely dangerous high temps, saw a picture of Jojo's cage and told me Jojo didn't have enough basking "options" :roll:
