Retained Eye Caps

I don't own a snake but my sister does and it had a retained eye cap for about a month until it finally came off with some shedding product. What could be causing this? :|

Humidity probably needs to be higher what kind of snake is it .. but most of the time during the shed it needs to be kept around 60-75%

Yea she need to keep the humidity higher that will help it to shead completely.. and to get the eye caps off tell her to soak the snake in warm water or put some mineral oil on the eye caps and gently rub
