Bru is doing mucho better. I've been giving him daily baths for about 4 days now and his appetite has picked back up again. I'm thinking the boy was a little dehydrated. He's gone from not eating to munching about 10 roaches(nymphs) a day plus his greens. He's also been much more alert and active. Still no poop.

ahh so glad hes doing better wit his foods.

how long has it been then?
well id continue with bathing him and maybe try getting him to lick some unsweetened applesauce from your finger or his nose.
hope he poops soon!

well after a week or so of a daily bath bruno FINALLY pooped yesterday. My goodness it was a HUGE poop----at least a months worth. It was actually quite healthy looking---little dry but not too bad. His eating has picked back up and he's eating much more than before.

UPDATE:::::

Bruno is a new dragon-------eating lots, pooping pretty much everyday and very active-----

Baths really spunked him up-----his color is MUCH better too and he went through a good shed.

My boyfriend has a young bearded dragon. The aquarium he has set up for him has shallow water on the bottom with little pebbles. I was told that this is harmful to the bearded dragon and that it could cause respitory infections. Is this true? Should my boyfriend not have water in the bottom of the aqaurium??
