Reptile Insurance?

How does this insurance work here in the US? I am in Northeast Ohio. Does it cover vet fees, including if my beardie gets an infection or just a routine visit? Just curious on how all of this works

From what I've read it's not really worth the hassle and may be a better idea to just put aside a little money each month into a savings account of some sort so you can build up some cash to have on hand for medical expenses if needed.
