repti glo 10.0 and beardies

are reptiglo 10.0s or reptisun 10.0 better?

because we have the reptiglo and dumpling doesn't eat much but the problem is that reptisun doesn't come in 30" because we have a 36" fixture that can only hold 30"

the reptiglos have been associated with eye problems with beardies, and often causes poor appetite. the reptisun 10.0 is the recommended uvb bulb.

you can pick up a 36inch fixture at walmart for less then $10

I used to have a repti gol and it caused eye problems with my beardie, also his appetite was bad. Once we got the reptisun it cured his eye problem and now he eat like 5x what he used too. He is also much much more active. I would go with the reptisun!

Im for the reptisun that is the only uv light the local petstore sells.(they actually got something right)

The repti-glo emits a different uv light which can blind beardies, cause metabolic bone disease,and KILL them.
