I've ordered from them before. usually their combo-packs and they all arrive alive and secure. Even get substitution right ( my family won't let me get the roaches in the combo's)

Rainbow is a good company. I use to volunteer help at Sunshine mealworms. It was an offshoot company that was operated by the son in-law of the owners of Rainbow.

like Rankins said but more than that it's food for the super worms. Depending on how many I am getting I have about 2-3 inches in the bottom of the container I'm using and put about 1-2 inches of old fashioned oats on top. Putting wedges of potato, apples(without seeds) or carrots for hydration.

Personally, if you don't have any at home I would. It will come in a sealed bag like this :

I used 1/2 of it for a small container

for 250 small supers I recieved.

The worms can't climb the walls. So on the one i showed you I don't have a lid on but my bigger one I just used a box cutter and cut a rectangle hole in the top.
The small one is 4 1/5 inches deep and I have about 2- 2 1/2 inches of bran and oats in it.
The bigger one is 6 deep and I have about 3-4 inches of bran and oats.
Supers usually will stay in the "bedding" though I do see them crawling around on the top at night or when I put fresh veggies in. They pull the veggies down into the bedding.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
