When I first started I went against everyones advice on keeping males and females together. My male who was smaller than my female quickly surpassed my female and outgrew her by several inches. She stopped eating when he was around and just quit being herself. Finally I decided to separate them and she grew considerably, and became herself again. To each his own, but if you would like to keep your animals healthy and stress free, I would advise against housing him with another dragon. Yes they bred, and I was unprepared for the responsiblities of taking care of the little ones, which ended up eating cage mates tails and arms to nothing. What ever action you pursue, A few questions and some research will go a long way.
