Two younger dragons like that may need quite a few. I started my dubia colony with about 600 and it took a few months for a new generation to appear. I'm guessing discoids would be similar. I'd shoot for having maybe 1000-1500 in order to get a colony going and keep it stable but that's a rough guess. You may want to keep a bin of appropriately sized feeders and have that be separate from the colony in order to give it a chance to flourish.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
