what should it look like?
sometimes my beardies have solid brownish poop, i can pick it up without it crumbling. sometimes there are pieces that are white?
never really runny..
how should they look?

The white stuff is the urnate. That is how dragons pee. If the urnate is soft and not chalky that means it is hydrated if it is chalky you might want to rehydrate your dragon by giving it a bath. If the poop is formed and not running there really shouldn't be anything to worry about.
