Sadly our favorite radio station (ever!) is changing a lot of things. Changing towers, changing stations, and even switching out the commercials for public supported radio. All good news, except that they haven't found a station for our area yet. Waaahhhhhhh! :tantrum:

We don't know how long it will be, so we're stuck to listening only when we're at home getting the online broadcast, or up north in San Fransisco or some other covered area. Booooo!


Happy news! Teddy was awake yesterday, woot! He wouldn't eat, but wanted O-U-T, so I took him outside in some super-glorious weather for some excercise. He ran around, tried jumping off stuff, and even "climbed" a tree, with help, because his nails are files way down from the tile. It was cute, a beardie climbing a big, smooth trunk with a hand under his hiney to keep him up there. Oh, how his eyes sparkled; he was happy!

Pointlessly picked up a new game a couple of days ago and am sadly highly addicted to it...
999 Nine Hours Nine Persons Nine Doors. If you have a DS and like horror stories with a lot of psychological pondering, you should pick it up.
Warning-there are some rather gory areas, the game is rated M for a reason.

Lilly has discovered her reflection in the basement window. Sadly, she spends every waking minute trying to get downstairs and pointlessly attack the other beardie. Today I caught her trying to bite it. I guess that answers my question about how Lils would do with a baby sibling.

Pointlessly, we are supposed to have two days next week where our low is in the negative teens. This is now the 3rd time this winter this has happened.
Sadly, I want to move somewhere I can bike year round.

I'll trade. I had to pointlessly go and buy a new winter coat because the one I was using was all poof and no warmth.
New one is wind and water resistant, with almost no poof.

lol, I would if I could convince my boyfriend to move somewhere that there aren't four seasons. Unfortunately, for some unknown reason, he seems to actually like tormenting himself every winter.

For pointless example....
Today we were sadly very excited because the temperature got into the 30's, a feat that has not been seen since the New Year's disaster of glazing our entire state in ice.
We should have known better than to expect anything else from mother nature, for during the six hours I was at work, what started as just cloudy turned into freezing rain, and by the time I got off of work the parking lot was a slip and slide. By the time I got home, drivers were going less than 10 around corners.
Hopefully by the time I have to be to work, the roads will be somewhat drivable!

...spring cannot come quickly enough.

Sadly, it's been in the 60's for two weeks here. It's supposed to be in the 40's and 50's! While we're enjoying our false spring, it's gonna mess with all my flowers, and make 'em bloom too soon. Y'all can come over anytime; I ain't movin'!

I've been pointlessly re-potting all my Sarracenias. What a chore! I expect TONS of good growth this year!

It's a lovely warm, sunny day here... pointlessly I'm not out in it because I have too many geckos and superworms to clean up after. Sadly Pepper is doing a double sexy leg out of pure boredom :lol:

Yay! Third big blizzard/winter storm so far this winter starts today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lows getting down into the negatives after the storm passes too, and a possibility of 6+ inches with the storm... its supposed to go just south of us, but after how this winter has been, I believe nothing!

And I too am pointlessly not doing homework... got two assignments done, only one left for Tuesday. Yay.

Our weather forecast, about an hour ago, said to expect rain and snow which could be down to about 45,000 feet. The way things go here, we just say "promises, promises". We don't believe it until we see it.
