Now Introducing: Zero!! PICTURES!! 9/29

Today March 29, 2013 marks the day my little home became a little more full and my heart became exponentially more happy. Today I brought home my Zero and I couldn't be happier. I love him for his colors and because he was the only one glass dancing at PetSmart, he instantly fell asleep in my hand, didn't want to be put down, but then pancaked asleep as soon as I let him go. It was love at first laugh with this baby and I'm so excited. When I put him in his viv he again didn't want to be let go. Whether boy or girl, Zero is gonna be so attached to mommy, I can already tell.

Currently disinfecting everything, Zero is chilling by the window, and I'm about to go at his viv walls for round two of the cleaning.

I REALLY hope the Coccidia and Round Worm STAY AWAY FROM MY BABY :evil:

Zero's kinda chillin in what little sun is left. I've let everything air dry for several minutes, now it's all (except the wood) back in the viv with ALL THE LIGHTS and the CHE on full blast to try and super dry everything before lights out in 30 minutes.

Just weighed and measured Zero:

12g and 6 1/2" SO EXCITED.

Finished his meds yesterday, doc wants to give it a few weeks before a fecal retest to make sure the meds have time to work. Also, when I got home, I saw something like this on my floor:

I promptly squished it. It is not welcome and I have no idea how it got here...

Currently feeding Zero as he has no interest in hunting Dubia or Worms. Gonna buy Crix next week to see if he's interested.

Not sure the exact species, but that's some sort of roach (definitely not a dubia though). The egg sac is because many roaches live birth (including dubia). It's called an ootheca. Basically, they evert the ootheca, it gets fertilized by the male, and then they pull it back inside to gestate the eggs.

Yea whatever it was, it was big, black, and gross. I put on my stomping shoes and WHAM. Luckily, it didn't move. I just... ew... no... ew.
